The Black Friday and holiday period is the busiest time of the year. This page explains what to expect with processing times, shipping, tracking and support during this period.

Your order is safe. All paid orders are being processed and dispatched in the queue. Please read this page fully before contacting customer support. It answers the most common questions about delays and tracking.

Customer support and response time

More messages than usual

After Black Friday and promo weeks, the number of questions we receive is several times higher than normal. Because of this, replies are slower.

Support responses will be slower than usual. The team is dealing with a heavy backlog, so replies can take longer. Every ticket will be answered, we just ask for patience.

Order processing during Black Friday period

Black Friday is our largest sale of the year and significantly increases the number of orders we receive. Preparing and dispatching all parcels takes more time than usual.

All paid orders will be shipped. Nothing is forgotten or skipped in the queue. We work through orders in a structured way and hand them over to the courier as they are ready.

Shipping, delivery and tracking updates

General delays

Shipping couriers worldwide are overloaded during and after Black Friday. Delays during this season are normal and do not indicate any problem with your parcel.

This affects all online stores, not only us, and can lead to:

  • Longer transit times than usual.
  • Tracking numbers that update slower or less frequently.
  • Gaps in tracking scans while parcels move between hubs or customs.

Slow or irregular tracking updates are normal during this period and do not mean there is any issue with your package.

Why some orders arrive earlier than others

Delivery times can differ from order to order, even if another customer placed their order after you. This is normal and not a sign of any issue with your shipment.

Each parcel is sent through the route most suitable for its destination and local conditions. Some routes are faster, others are slower. Our priority is the safe and successful arrival of your package, not only the speed. Because of this, two customers in different regions can receive their parcels at different times even if they ordered on the same day.

External delays

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, further delays are usually caused by carriers or customs. These steps are outside our direct control and cannot be accelerated from our side.

Payment emails and notifications

If you do not see order or payment confirmation emails, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder. During high traffic periods, automatic messages are more likely to be filtered there.

Cancellations and refunds during this period

During and immediately after the Black Friday campaign, order cancellations, compensation and refund requests are not available.

This is because the processing queue is very active and parcels are being prepared and handed over to couriers as quickly as possible.
