Shipping, customer support, and tracking updates will be slower than usual due to high order volume. Please read everything below carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

May Madness runs for 7 days, from May 11 to May 17. The discount is applied automatically to every product in the store at checkout.

Delivery Rules
- Parcels move slower than usual due to higher order volumes, slower postal processing, and increased customs workload
- Tracking updates appear less frequently during the sale period
- Delays are carrier-side and customs-side. DeusPower cannot accelerate them
- Order cancellations, compensation, and refund requests are not available during the campaign
Payment Rules
- Crypto: clears in 1 to 2 days. Recommended for fastest order confirmation
- Bank transfers: normally 1 to 3 business days. Expect longer processing during May Madness Sale due to high volume
- Once payment is confirmed, your order moves into the dispatch queue automatically
Order Processing
- Dispatch times will be longer than usual due to high order volume
- All paid orders will be packed and handed to the courier in the order they were received
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

During our last big sale (Black Friday), every single customer who placed an order received their package. The same will happen during May Madness Sale. The only thing that changes is the timing.

- Shipping is slower than usual due to high order volume, customs workload, and carrier delays
- Tracking will not update daily. Expect long gaps between updates, sometimes several days at a time. This is normal during the sale
- Plan for longer delivery times when you place your order. Your patience matters, and your package will come
Customer Support Will Be Slower
Our support team will be working through a much higher volume of tickets than usual during May Madness. Please be patient.
- Support response times will be significantly slower than usual due to a big influx of tickets
- Every message is answered in the order it was received
- If we do not reply quickly, it does not mean we are ignoring you or that we are a scam. It only means your ticket has not reached the front of the queue yet. Every single ticket will be answered
- Before contacting us, please check your tracking number first. It is the most up-to-date source for shipping status, even if it takes longer than usual to update
- Tracking update speed depends on carriers and customs. We cannot accelerate it from our side
- Watch your tracking updates carefully. Sometimes the local post will not deliver the parcel to the address you provided and will redirect it to a collection point instead. This is decided by your local post, not by us. If you miss this update, your package may sit at the collection point and eventually be returned

For the entire May Madness campaign (May 11 to May 17 at midnight), order cancellations, refund requests, and compensation claims are not available. All sales are final once paid.
