He’s also well known for his great physique at 42 years old, he has access to some of the best doctors in the world, and most of the substances that he takes on a daily basis can be purchased at /
Bilzerian gained widespread attention in the early 2010s through his popular Instagram account, where he posted photos and videos showcasing his lavish parties, exotic travels, and collection of firearms and exotic animals. While opinions about Bilzerian are divided, he remains a cultural figure who represents a type of American dream - one of wealth, power, and freedom from convention.
Recently, he posted his current Performance Enhancing Drugs (PEDs) protocol on Instagram, which has attracted a lot of attention and controversy. In this article, we will explain each substance mentioned in his protocol, remember that you can purchase most of them here. This is the screenshot of his notes.
Testosterone (30mg ED): Testosterone is a naturally occurring hormone in the human body, responsible for the development of male sexual characteristics. It is also used as a performance-enhancing drug to increase muscle mass, strength, and endurance. Dan uses 30mg everyday, probably injecting it subcutaneously, he uses a total of 210mg per week, probably he’s using Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate.
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP) (10mg ED): NPP is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid that is used to increase muscle mass and strength, it is also helpful for reducing pain. It is a fast-acting drug and is often used by bodybuilders in their bulking cycle. Dan uses 10mg everyday, using 70mg per week, seeing the rest of his stack i have the feeling that he uses it for the pain numbing effects.
Dihydroboldenone (DHB) (15mg ED): DHB is a modified form of the steroid boldenone, which is used to increase muscle mass and strength. It is considered a mild steroid with fewer side effects compared to other steroids. Dan uses 15mg everyday , using 105mg per week.
Arimidex (.5mg EOD): Arimidex is a drug that is used to treat breast cancer by reducing the amount of estrogen in the body. It is also used as an anti-estrogen drug by bodybuilders to prevent the side effects of excess estrogen, such as water retention and gynecomastia. Dan uses 0.5mg every other day, so some weeks he uses a total of 1.5 mgs and other weeks he uses 2mg, i consider it a high dose for the amounts of testosterone he’s using.
Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) (100mg): NAD+ is a coenzyme that is involved in cellular metabolism and energy production. It is also believed to have anti-aging properties and is used as a supplement to improve cognitive function and athletic performance. Dan uses 100mg everyday, using a total of 700mg per week.
Tesamorelin (1mg)/Ipamorelin (.5mg): Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin are both growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs) that stimulate the production of human growth hormone (HGH). HGH is a hormone that is involved in muscle growth and repair, as well as fat loss and energy metabolism. Dan uses both peptides to increase his own HGH, looking at his current diet he’s probably using it to avoid any insulin sensitivity problems.
Cannabinol (CBN) (600mg): CBN is a non-psychoactive compound found in the cannabis plant. It is believed to have sedative properties and is used as a sleep aid.
BPC 157: BPC 157 is a peptide that is involved in tissue repair and regeneration. It is often used by athletes to speed up the healing process of injuries. Dan doesn’t mention his current dosing protocol, but the normal protocol is the following: BPC-157: “500mcg x 2 per day for 4 weeks subq”, there is no need to use it near the site of injury as Dan says.
TB500 (5mg): TB500 is a peptide involved in tissue repair and regeneration. It is often used by athletes to speed up the healing process of injuries. Dan doesn’t mention his protocol, but the normal protocol used in injuries is the following:
“750mcg per day”
Motts C (5mg): Motts C is a peptide that regulates metabolic body functions, such as regulating insulin resistance.
Exosome infusion (40 billion): Exosomes are small vesicles that are involved in intercellular communication. They are believed to have anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties and are used as a supplement to improve overall health and athletic performance.
MSC infusion (100 million): MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) are multipotent cells that can differentiate into various cell types, including bone, cartilage, and muscle cells. They are used as a supplement to improve overall health and athletic performance.
In conclusion, Dan Bilzerian's PEDs protocol includes a variety of substances that are used to increase muscle mass, strength, and endurance, as well as to speed up the healing process of injuries and improve overall health and athletic performance.
