What Is Pitavastatin Calcium:

LIVAMED 1 (Pitavastatin Calcium) Pitavastatin belongs to the group of statins which are used to correct the levels of fatty substances (lipids) in the blood.

Pitavastatin is indicated for lowering elevated total cholesterol (TC) and LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) levels in adults with primary hypercholesterolemia, including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia and mixed (combined) dyslipidemia.

How To Use PITAVASTATIN CALCIUM:

You can take it at any time of the day. However, try to take the tablet at the same time every day, it is recommended to take it in the evening.

To begin with, the normal dose is 1 mg once a day. After a few weeks, you may decide to increase your dose.

The maximum dose in adults is 4 mg per day.

If you have liver problems, you should not take more than 2 mg per day.

Store below 30°C.
Protect from light. Do not freeze.
