What is THYMALIN (Thymic Factor)?
Thymalin is a thymus extract peptide used to support immune function, run in short courses. It comes from the same body of Russian research as epithalon and is often paired with it.
Also sold as thymalin or thymus extract peptide.
The thymus is where T cells mature, and it shrinks steadily from adolescence onwards, which is one of the reasons immune function declines with age. Thymalin is a peptide preparation derived from thymus tissue, used on the reasoning that supplying those signals supports T cell function as the gland itself involutes.
THYMALIN benefits
- Aimed at immune function, which declines as the thymus shrinks with age
- Run in short courses once or twice a year rather than continuously
- Commonly paired with epithalon, from the same research tradition
- Side effects essentially unreported
- Not androgenic, so nothing is suppressed and no post-cycle therapy applies

Who is THYMALIN for?
People interested in the longevity and immune side of this catalogue, usually running it alongside epithalon as part of the same twice-yearly routine.
It is not a treatment for any diagnosed immune condition and should not be used as one. If you have a real immune problem, that needs a doctor.
How to use THYMALIN
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and refrigerate once mixed. Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly, daily for ten days, then stop.
Frequently asked questions
How good is the evidence?
Narrower than it is usually presented. The research is real and published, but it comes overwhelmingly from Russian institutes and largely from one group, and Western trials have not independently replicated it.
That is not a reason to dismiss it. It is a reason to treat the confident claims you will read elsewhere with more caution than they are usually offered with.
What does the thymus have to do with it?
The thymus is where T cells mature, and it shrinks steadily from your teens onwards. That involution is one of the reasons immune function declines with age.
Thymalin is derived from thymus tissue and used on the reasoning that supplying those signals supports T cell function as the gland itself disappears.
Should I take it with epithalon?
They are commonly paired, come from the same research tradition and run on the same course schedule, so it is convenient as well as conventional.
There is no interaction to worry about between them.
Can I take it if I have an autoimmune condition?
That needs a doctor rather than a product page. Taking something intended to stimulate immune activity when your immune system is already attacking you is not obviously a good idea.
This is one of the few things here where the honest answer is to ask someone qualified first.
Does it need PCT?
No. Thymalin is not androgenic and has no effect on testosterone.
There is nothing for a SERM to do.
