Where exactly is the code on the packaging?
Depends on the brand. Deus Medical prints the code on the side of the box and sometimes under a scratch-off panel. Astera Labs uses a sticker with a QR plus printed code. Biaxol prints the code on the inside of the box lid. If you can't find it, email a photo of your packaging to us and we'll point you to it.
I lost or can't read my code. What now?
Email info@deuspower.info with your order number and a clear photo of the product. We'll help you locate the code or sort it out from our side.
I bought from another seller. Can I still verify here?
Yes. The verifier uses each brand's own system, which works for any genuine product no matter where it was bought. Just keep in mind we can only stand behind products that were purchased from Deuspower.
What's the difference between verifying the product and verifying the seller?
Product verification confirms the item itself is genuine, using the code on its packaging. Seller verification confirms the shop you bought from is an authorised distributor of the brand. Both matter. We're an authorised seller of all three brands — you can confirm that on each manufacturer's site above.
Is the verification on this page the same as the brand's own page?
Yes. It's the exact same system. We just give you one entry point for all three brands so you don't have to remember three different URLs.
Can you check the code for me?
We can, but you shouldn't need us to. The whole point of these systems is that you can verify yourself, without trusting us. If you'd still like a hand, email info@deuspower.info with a photo and your order number.
