Step-by-Step Instructions

Bank Transfer:
You will receive an email with all the necessary information. Transfers must be made in
EUR using SEPA. Always pay to the latest bank details you receive after placing your order.
Avoid adding comments.
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is a European system for fast and secure euro transfers between banks.
- Bitcoin (BTC): After placing your order, a page will open showing the BTC address, QR code, and the exact amount to pay. Payment is usually confirmed within a few days.
- Credit / Debit Card: A secure window will open to enter your card details. Works instantly on mobile and desktop.
- USDT (TRC20) / USDC (ERC20): We’ll email you the wallet address and exact amount. Send payment using the correct blockchain network shown on your order page. After payment, send us the TXID via email for confirmation.

Payment Confirmation
- Bank Transfer: Around 3 business days.
- Bitcoin (BTC): Around 1–2 business days.
- Credit / Debit Card: Instant payment, order processing up to 3 business days.
- USDT (TRC20) / USDC (ERC20): TXID required. Confirmation usually takes 1–2 business days.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting
- Bank Transfer: Wrong bank details, unnecessary comments, or missing instruction email.
- Bitcoin: Underpaying the required amount.
- USDT / USDC: Wrong network, underpayment, missing TXID, or spam folder not checked.
