Same hormone, different ester. NPP reaches working levels in about a week against deca's four to six, and clears in days rather than weeks. That makes it the better choice for shorter cycles and for anyone who wants the option to stop.

Deca wins on convenience: one injection a week against three. If you are running sixteen weeks anyway, that difference adds up.

How often do I inject NPP?

Three times a week, or every other day. The phenylpropionate ester is short, so anything less frequent leaves troughs between injections rather than a steady level.

Pairing the injections with your testosterone shots on the same days keeps the schedule manageable.

Will it affect libido?

It can. Nandrolone is progestagenic, and raised prolactin alongside suppressed testosterone is what produces the effect people call deca dick. The shorter ester does not change that, only how quickly it comes on and goes away.

Keeping testosterone higher than the nandrolone dose is the first defence. If symptoms appear anyway, prolactin is the marker to check rather than assuming it is estrogen.
