What is PARAMED 76.5 (Trenbolone Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate)?

PARAMED 76.5 is Parabolan, the longest-acting trenbolone and the one with the most history behind it.

Also sold as Parabolan, Tren Hex, Hexabolan or trenbolone cyclohexylmethylcarbonate.

Trenbolone is a 19-nor compound roughly five times more anabolic and more androgenic than testosterone, milligram for milligram. It does not aromatise at all, so there is no estrogen coming from the trenbolone itself. What it is instead is progestagenic, and that is the part people underestimate. The hexahydrobenzylcarbonate ester is the longest of the three, so this is the trenbolone that needs the fewest injections and takes the longest to leave. Read our full Parabolan overview.

Who is PARAMED 76.5 for?

Experienced trenbolone users who already know the compound suits them and want the fewest injections. It is the wrong ester for a first run of trenbolone, where being able to stop quickly is worth more than convenience.

The odd 76.5mg strength is deliberate. It is the concentration the original Negma Parabolan came in, and it has stayed that way ever since. Astera Labs sells the same ester rounded to 100mg/ml in a vial, rounded to a strength that divides cleanly.

Before you run it. Trenbolone is not a step up from testosterone, it is a different level of compound. Night sweats, insomnia, irritability and a noticeable drop in cardio are normal rather than exceptional. It does not aromatise, but it is progestagenic, so gyno can develop through prolactin and an aromatase inhibitor will not prevent that. The estrogen management guide covers why. Run testosterone alongside it, plan post-cycle therapy before you start, and use bloodwork rather than how you feel. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run trenbolone on a first cycle?

No. Trenbolone is several times stronger than testosterone and comes with side effects that are hard to interpret if you have no baseline to compare against. A first cycle should be testosterone alone.

By the time trenbolone makes sense you will already know how you respond to testosterone, how your estrogen behaves, and what your bloodwork looks like on cycle.

Will an aromatase inhibitor stop gyno from trenbolone?

No, and this is the single most common mistake with this compound. Trenbolone does not aromatise, so there is no estrogen for an aromatase inhibitor to act on. The gyno risk comes through progesterone and prolactin instead.

That means an AI can be running perfectly and gyno still appears. Prolactin is the marker to watch.

What are the side effects?

Night sweats and insomnia are near universal at any real dose. Irritability and a short temper are common enough that people around you tend to notice before you do. Cardio capacity drops noticeably, sometimes severely.

Beyond that: raised blood pressure, cholesterol moving the wrong way, and heavy suppression of your own testosterone.

Why is it 76.5mg and not 100mg?

Because that is what Parabolan was. Negma, the French company that made the original, produced it at 76.5mg per ampoule, and the figure has stuck as the reference strength for this ester ever since.

It is not a quality signal in either direction, just heritage. Products rounded to 100mg/ml contain the same compound.

How long should a Parabolan cycle be?

Eight to twelve weeks, the same as any trenbolone. The limit is tolerance, not the compound wearing off.

Allow at least two to three weeks after the last injection before post-cycle therapy starts, because this ester clears far more slowly than acetate.
