What is TESTOMED P 100 (Testosterone Propionate)?
TESTOMED P 100 is the fast testosterone. Where enanthate takes a month to settle, propionate is working within days, and it leaves just as quickly.
Also sold as Test-P, propionyltestosterone, testosterone propanoate or Testoviron.
The propionate ester is the smallest in common use, which is what makes it quick in and quick out. That buys you two things: results early in a cycle, and a fast exit if something needs stopping. It costs you injection frequency, because the same speed means levels fall within a couple of days. Read our full propionate overview.
TESTOMED P 100 benefits
- Works within days rather than the three to four weeks a long ester needs
- Clears fast, so post-cycle therapy starts sooner and problems can be stopped quickly
- Less water retention than the long esters at the same weekly total
- The standard opener while a long ester builds, and the standard base for short cutting cycles
- One ampoule is exactly 100mg, which is one dose on an every-other-day protocol
TESTOMED P 100 dosage
- Standard
- 50 to 100mg every other day
- Weekly equivalent
- Roughly 175 to 350mg
- Higher end
- 100mg daily, experienced users only
- Frequency
- Every other day, daily at higher doses
- Half-life
- About 2 days
One ampoule is one dose. That is the practical appeal of the format on a compound that needs injecting every other day: nothing to measure, nothing left over.
Every other day is the minimum frequency, not a suggestion. Stretch it to twice a week and levels crash between shots, which is worse than running a long ester properly.

Who is TESTOMED P 100 for?
Two uses. As the opener on a long cycle, covering the first four weeks while enanthate or cypionate build to steady levels. And as the testosterone base of a short cutting cycle, where the low water retention and fast clearance both matter.
It is a poor fit if injecting every other day is not realistic for you. That is not a small commitment: fifteen injections a month, every month of the cycle.
How to use TESTOMED P 100
Intramuscular injection, every other day. With that frequency, site rotation stops being optional: work through glutes, quads and delts on a fixed pattern rather than favouring one. The injection technique guide covers it.
Frequently asked questions
Why does propionate sting?
Because the ester is short, propionate carries a higher concentration of the compound relative to the oil, and it disperses faster into the tissue. That combination irritates more than a long ester does. It is characteristic of propionate rather than a sign of a problem.
Injecting slowly, using a larger muscle, and warming the ampoule to room temperature first all reduce it. Soreness that gets worse over days rather than better, or comes with heat and redness, is a different matter and needs checking.
How often do I have to inject it?
Every other day. The half-life is around two days, so anything less frequent means levels are dropping between injections rather than holding.
Some run it daily at the higher end of the dose range, which smooths things further. Nobody successfully runs propionate twice a week.
Propionate or enanthate for a first cycle?
Enanthate, almost always. One injection a week is far easier to sustain than fifteen a month, and a first cycle is hard enough without that.
Propionate's advantages, fast onset and fast exit, matter most to people who already know how they respond. On a first cycle you have nothing to compare against anyway.
How long until it works?
Days rather than weeks. Levels are up within the first few injections, which is why propionate is used to cover the opening of a long-ester cycle.
That speed cuts both ways: stop and it is gone in under a week, which is useful if something needs halting but means no coasting on residual levels.
Do I need PCT after testosterone propionate?
Yes. It suppresses your own production the same as any exogenous testosterone.
The one advantage is timing: because it clears in a few days rather than a couple of weeks, post-cycle therapy can start much sooner after the final injection.
