HALOMED 5 is Halotestin, the strength and aggression compound. It adds almost no size and it is one of the harshest orals there is.

Fluoxymesterone is an extremely androgenic oral that adds almost no size. Who is HALOMED 5 for?

Powerlifters, strongmen and fighters in the last fortnight before a competition, who want strength and drive without moving up a weight class.

It is the wrong compound for anyone chasing size, anyone who cannot afford unpredictable mood, and anyone wanting something to run for eight weeks. Astera Labs sells the identical product in a sachet.

Before you run it. The liver is what limits how long you run this. The 17-alpha-alkyl group is what lets the tablet survive digestion and reach your bloodstream intact, and it is the same feature that puts the liver under load. Two to four weeks is the ceiling. Fluoxymesterone is one of the harshest orals available on both the liver and cholesterol, and it is run in short blocks rather than as a cycle for that reason. The aggression is a side effect rather than a feature. It is unpredictable, it does not stay in the gym, and people have damaged relationships and jobs on it. Take that seriously before you buy it. It does not aromatise, so estrogen management applies to what you run alongside. Post-cycle therapy is required. Keep alcohol low for the duration and never run a second alkylated oral alongside it. Bloodwork before and after is not optional on a compound this strong. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Frequently asked questions

Will it make me bigger?

No, and that is the point of it. Fluoxymesterone raises strength and aggression without adding bodyweight, which is exactly what a competing lifter or fighter wants and exactly what a bodybuilder does not.

If size is the goal, this is the wrong compound and no dose changes that.

Is the aggression controllable?

Less than people assume, and this is the honest problem with the compound. The effect is real, it comes on fast, and it does not distinguish between a heavy single and an argument at home.

Plenty of people run it once and decide it is not worth it. That is a reasonable conclusion rather than a failure to handle it.

How long before a competition should I start?

Most people run it for the final two to three weeks, which is enough for the strength effect to be there on the day without extending the liver exposure.

Some take a single dose a couple of hours before a session or a meet instead of running it daily. That limits the liver load considerably.

Does it aromatise?

No. Fluoxymesterone cannot convert to estrogen, so there is no water retention and no gyno risk from it.

It does push cholesterol the wrong way harder than most compounds, which is the risk that actually matters here.

Can I stack it with another oral?

No. Running two 17-alpha-alkylated compounds together doubles the liver load, and this one is already at the top of that range on its own.

If you are running this, it is the only alkylated compound in the cycle. That includes the ones people forget count, like oral Winstrol at the end of a cut.
