What is Accadrine AC262 by Biaxol?
AC262 is the mild one. It is what people reach for when they want the benefits of a SARM without the impact of the stronger compounds, and it is the least studied thing in this category.
Also sold as AC-262, AC-262536 or accadrine.
AC262 binds the androgen receptor selectively in muscle and bone, the same broad mechanism as the other SARMs, but with markedly lower potency. Reported activity is a fraction of testosterone's, which is why it produces modest lean gains rather than dramatic ones and why suppression is lighter than with the stronger compounds.
Accadrine AC262 benefits
- Considerably milder than RAD-140, LGD-4033 or S23
- Modest lean muscle and strength gains without a heavy shutdown
- Suits conservative cycles or a first look at the category
- Supports bone density alongside muscle
- Black pepper fruit extract included at 5mg per capsule, which improves absorption
AC262 dosage
- Standard
- 10 to 20mg per day

- Cycle length
- 6 to 8 weeks
- Frequency
- Once daily
- Post-cycle therapy
- Still required, though suppression is lighter

- Before and after
10mg daily is the common dose. AC262 is genuinely mild, so expect modest results rather than the jumps the stronger compounds give.
Biaxol capsules include 5mg of black pepper fruit extract, which the tablet versions do not. That is the main difference between the formats.

Who is Accadrine AC262 for?
People who want a conservative run rather than a strong one, and anyone who reacted badly to the harsher compounds and wants something lighter.
Be realistic about what mild means. If you want size, LGD-4033 does considerably more. If you want something mild that is far better studied, ostarine is the better documented choice at a similar level.
How to use Accadrine AC262
Swallow one capsule with water once daily, at the same time each day.
Frequently asked questions
Do SARMs really need PCT?
Yes. This is the single most repeated piece of bad advice about them, and it costs people months of feeling flat.
SARMs are selective, not non-suppressive. A SERM such as tamoxifen or clomiphene is what restarts your own production.
How does it compare to the stronger SARMs?
Considerably milder. AC262 has a fraction of the potency of RAD-140 or LGD-4033, so the gains are modest and the shutdown is lighter.
That is the trade and it is a legitimate one if you specifically want a conservative run. It is not a hidden gem that does the same for less.
Is there much research on it?
Very little, even by the standards of this category. AC262 is one of the least studied compounds we sell.
The dosing that circulates is convention rather than trial data, and the long-term picture is simply unknown. Ostarine is milder-to-moderate and far better documented if that matters to you.
Does it still need PCT?
Yes. Suppression is lighter than with the stronger compounds but it is real, and a run of six to eight weeks will move your levels.
Bloodwork afterwards is how you find out where you actually are rather than assuming a mild compound left you untouched.
Why do I sleep badly on it?
Sleep disturbance is the side effect most consistently reported with AC262, and it turns up more than the compound's mildness would suggest.
Dosing earlier in the day usually helps. If it persists, that is a reasonable point to stop rather than push through.
