What is MASTERMED E 200 (Drostanolone Enanthate)?

MASTERMED E 200 is Masteron on the long ester. The hardening compound, at twice-weekly injections instead of every other day.

Also sold as Masteron Enanthate, Mast E or drostanolone enanthate.

Drostanolone is a DHT derivative, which means it cannot aromatise at all. More than that, it binds to the aromatase enzyme itself, so it mildly reduces the estrogen produced by whatever else you are running. That is where the dry, hard look comes from: no water from the compound, and slightly less water from everything else. The enanthate ester is long, so twice a week holds levels steady.

Who is MASTERMED E 200 for?

People finishing a cut who are already lean and want the last bit of hardness, and anyone running a long cycle who would rather not inject every other day for it.

Before you run it. Drostanolone only shows on someone who is already lean. At higher body fat it does essentially nothing visible, and that is the single most common disappointment with it. It is also a strong DHT derivative, so if you are predisposed to male-pattern hair loss this is one of the compounds most likely to accelerate it. It does not aromatise, so the estrogen management guide matters for what you run alongside rather than for this. It suppresses your own production, so post-cycle therapy applies, and bloodwork is how you track it. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Will Masteron make me look harder?

Only if you are already lean enough for it to show. Drostanolone does not remove fat, it removes water and slightly lowers estrogen, and both of those are only visible under skin that is already thin.

Somewhere around ten to twelve percent body fat is where people start noticing it. Above fifteen, most report nothing at all.

Does it aromatise?

No. Drostanolone is a DHT derivative and cannot convert to estrogen at all. It also binds the aromatase enzyme, which mildly reduces conversion from other compounds in the cycle.

That is a genuine secondary benefit rather than marketing, though it is not strong enough to replace an aromatase inhibitor if you need one.

Will it cause hair loss?

If you are predisposed, it is one of the more likely compounds to accelerate it. Drostanolone is strongly androgenic as a DHT derivative, and that is exactly the pathway male-pattern loss runs on.

If hair matters to you and it already runs in the family, this is a compound to think twice about rather than one to add casually to a cycle.

Enanthate or propionate?

Propionate acts faster and clears faster but needs injecting every other day. Enanthate is twice a week and takes a couple of weeks longer to reach full effect.

For contest prep, propionate is often preferred because the timing is easier to control. For a longer cycle, enanthate is simply less work.

Does it add size?

Barely. Drostanolone is not a mass compound and running it expecting one is the second most common disappointment after running it at high body fat.

What it does is change how existing tissue looks. That is worth a lot at the right moment and nothing at the wrong one.
