Methenolone is a DHT derivative that cannot aromatise, and it is genuinely mild. That mildness is the whole proposition: very few side effects, no water, no estrogen, and a slow steady effect that holds lean tissue through a deficit. It is also weak, which is why the doses are high.

At 200mg/ml a 600mg week is 3ml rather than the 6ml it would be at the standard strength. On a compound that needs high doses for twelve to sixteen weeks, that is the difference between manageable and not.

Who is Methenolone Enanthate 200 for?
Men running methenolone at the doses it genuinely needs, where the volume at 100mg/ml becomes the limiting factor rather than anything else.
It is the wrong choice for small doses. Women running 50 to 100mg a week, or anyone dosing in fractions, are better served by the 100mg/ml version, where the same amount is easier to measure accurately.
Before you run it. The honest caveat is that methenolone is weak. It needs high doses to do much, which makes it one of the most expensive ways to add lean tissue, and people expecting a strong compound are routinely disappointed. Is Primobolan actually worth it?
It depends entirely on what you want from it. If you want strong results, no. Methenolone is weak and expensive, and almost anything else will do more per milligram.
If you want lean tissue held through a cut with minimal side effects and no water at all, it does that as well as anything and more comfortably than most. You are paying for what it does not do.
What dose does it need?
More than people expect. 400mg a week is the realistic starting point and 600 to 800mg is common, where a stronger compound would be doing plenty at 300.
Running 200mg a week and concluding methenolone does nothing is a common and avoidable mistake.
Can women use it?
It is one of the few injectables women run, precisely because it is mild and does not aromatise. Doses are far lower, typically 50 to 100mg per week.
Mild is not the same as safe. Virilisation is still possible, and voice changes and hair growth do not always reverse. Stop at the first sign rather than pushing through.
Should I get the 100 or the 200?
Match it to your dose. At 400mg a week or more the 200mg/ml halves the volume you inject, which is a real difference when you are already putting in four millilitres twice a week.
At lower doses, and particularly for women running 50 to 100mg a week, the 100mg/ml is easier to measure accurately.
Does it aromatise?
No. Methenolone is a DHT derivative and cannot convert to estrogen, so there is no water retention and no gyno risk from it.
