What is TRESTOLONE E 100 (Trestolone Enanthate)?

TRESTOLONE E 100 is MENT on a long ester, so twice-weekly injections rather than daily.

Also sold as MENT, trestolone or 7-alpha-methyl-19-nortestosterone.

Trestolone is 7-alpha-methyl-19-nortestosterone, and it is the strongest thing on this page by a considerable margin. It is a 19-nor like nandrolone, but unlike nandrolone it supports the functions testosterone normally handles, which is why it is the one compound that can be run without a testosterone base. The enanthate ester is long, so twice a week holds levels rather than the daily schedule acetate needs.

Who is TRESTOLONE E 100 for?

People who already know trestolone suits them and would rather inject twice a week than daily. It is the wrong version for a first run, because the slow exit removes your ability to react quickly.

First, it aromatises heavily, and into a more potent estrogen than testosterone produces, so an aromatase inhibitor is not optional and the estrogen management guide is required reading rather than background. Second, suppression is total. Trestolone was studied as a male contraceptive precisely because it shuts production down completely, so post-cycle therapy is mandatory and recovery takes longer than after testosterone. Do I need testosterone alongside it?

No, and that is what makes trestolone unusual. Every other 19-nor needs a testosterone base because it suppresses your own production while doing nothing for the functions testosterone handles. Trestolone covers those itself.

Plenty of people still run testosterone with it out of habit. It is not required, and running trestolone alone is a legitimate protocol rather than a mistake.

Does it aromatise?

Heavily, and into a stronger estrogen than testosterone converts to. This is the single most underestimated thing about trestolone and the reason people get gyno on it faster than they expect.

An aromatase inhibitor is part of the protocol from day one, not something to add when symptoms appear.

How suppressive is it?

Completely. Trestolone was researched as a male contraceptive because it shuts natural production down entirely at modest doses, which is a stronger effect than most anabolics manage at high ones.

Recovery afterwards takes longer than from a testosterone cycle. Plan post-cycle therapy before you start, not after.

Acetate or enanthate?

Acetate for a first run, enanthate once you know it suits you. The difference that matters is not the injection count, it is how fast you can react if estrogen gets away from you.

Acetate is gone in days. Enanthate takes a fortnight, which is a long time to sit with a problem on a compound this strong.

How long should a cycle be?

Eight to ten weeks. Trestolone is strong enough that longer adds risk rather than results.
