What is S23 by Biaxol?
Biaxol S23 in capsules with black pepper extract. One of the strongest SARMs there is, aimed at very advanced users and never a beginner compound.
Also sold as S-23.
S23 is the most potent SARM in common circulation. It binds the androgen receptor with very high affinity, producing dense, dry muscle and hard strength gains at low doses. It is also the most suppressive compound in the category, which is the trade you are making for that potency.
S23 (Biaxol) benefits
- The most potent of the widely available SARMs
- Dense, dry gains with no water at all
- Marked strength increase alongside the hardness
- Also supports bone density
- Short cycles, which limits total exposure
- Black pepper fruit extract included at 5mg per capsule, which improves absorption
S23 dosage
- Starting dose
- 10mg per day, one capsule
- Upper end
- 20mg per day
- Cycle length
- Short, focused cycles of 6 to 8 weeks
- Frequency
- Once or twice daily
- Post-cycle therapy
- Mandatory, plan it before you start
- Bloodwork
- Before and after, without exception
Short, focused cycles is how this compound is used. 10mg is a working dose and 20mg is the ceiling for most people.
Biaxol capsules include 5mg of black pepper fruit extract, which the tablet versions do not. That is the main difference between the formats.

Frequently asked questions
Do SARMs really need PCT?
Yes. This is the single most repeated piece of bad advice about them, and it costs people months of feeling flat.
SARMs are selective, not non-suppressive. A SERM such as tamoxifen or clomiphene is what restarts your own production.
How suppressive is S23?
The most of anything in this category, which is the main thing to plan around. Assume a proper shutdown by the end of a run.
Post-cycle therapy is not optional here and recovery takes longer than from the milder compounds. Bloodwork afterwards is how you confirm it worked.
Why keep the runs short?
Because S23 is potent enough that six to eight weeks does the job, and the suppression deepens the longer you go without much extra to show for it.
Shorter runs also make recovery quicker and cleaner, which matters more with this compound than with the milder ones.
What dose and how long?
10 to 20mg a day for six to eight weeks, and 10mg is a real dose rather than a trial. Most people should not go beyond that.
Shorter is better here. The suppression is what limits the run rather than tolerance.
Is it worth it over LGD-4033 or RAD-140?
Only if you specifically want the hardness and dryness and accept a considerably worse shutdown for it.
For most people the answer is no. LGD-4033 gives more size and RAD-140 more strength, both with recovery that is less punishing.
